TEX-RO Returns & Refunds Policy:

You can return/replace the product for free in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Shipping damage (physical damage or tampered product)
- Incomplete order with missing products.

Damaged or Wrong Products:
-If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 24 hours. Email pictures/videos to info@texro.in for a free return or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements:
- For Prepaid orders: Refunds will be issued through Razorpay, taking 5-7 business days.
- For COD Orders: Refunds are processed directly to your upi id within 8-9 business days.
- Replacements for damaged items ship within 5-7 working days, depending on availability.

Initiating a return/replacement:
-Raise a request within 24 hour of delivery, including pictures and videos of the damaged/wrong product, and email them to info@texro.in .
-Our support team will respond within 48 working hours.
-After verification, we'll arrange a pickup for the damaged product.

Cancellation/Modification:
-You can cancel or modify your order before 30 minutes.
-Once the product is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Note:
- Prepaid orders: Razorpay takes 3-5 business days for the amount to be credited.
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed as Store Credit.
- Either refund or replacement can be processed, not both.
To request a refund or replacement, please provide a clear unboxing video of the product after delivery. The video should show the sealed package being opened and continue until the product is fully uncovered.
